My first full-on horror story has been published by Silverthought Online! It's a gorey one, so be prepared! Some also feel it is both satirical (which I think is a good thing) and rhetorical (which is not entirely the intention - keep in mind it's just a story)...see what you think! It's in the November 2012 edition (the link should take you directly to it, unless it's been a few months and it's now in the archives). I have other stories in mind for one of The Institute's characters - the Coordinator. Let's hope I can crank those out in the next couple of months...

Raxl's photo has won a spot in a calendar (Famous Chihuahua's 2013 Calendar)! This is her "most famous" photo that Kev took a little more than a year ago or so that I have already put up on this site several times (it was because the photo was so nice that it was chosen!). Follow the link below to see the little write up on Raxl and all the other Chi's featured in the 2013 calendar! For those of you who want to buy a copy (through lulu.com), some of the proceeds go to rescue Chihuahuas in need.
http://www.famouschihuahua.com/calendar/ "ENVY" is my shortest work of fiction yet, whether for adults or for children. It has been published by the awesomely weird crew at Space Squid in print in time for Armadillicon in Texas on July 27th this past summer. Issue #11 is not yet available online, but it will be at some point - click here for your FREE pdf copy of issue #7, #8, #9, or #10, and eventually, #11! And if you want to help out the e-zine (or whatever it is they are), you can click the "donate" button at the bottom of their home page. Weird, squid-based speculative fiction publishers who know and love Margaret Atwood should always be supported.
