My first published flash fiction story is going to be published again! It will be available for download May 15th on Alfie Dog Limited! This publisher in the UK publishes LOADS of short stories, and books, too! Support authors and download a few stories from the website! Follow Alfie Dog on Twitter and Like them on Facebook!
I am extra psyched about this particular acceptance for a couple reasons...first, The Kiss was accepted by Alfie Dog on April 23rd - Shakespeare's birthday (and death day), and second, the name of the publisher is Alfie Dog, just like one of my best doggie buddies, Alfie! Anyhoo, I know a number of my readers have already read The Kiss, but this time it costs a bit of dough to download it...50% of monies from downloads goes to the authors, so if you feel like making me a paid writer, I will not complain! :)

 Our awesome toadie, Trevor, has been with us for 10 years now! We adopted him from Menagerie Pet Shop when he was already an adult, so who knows how old the boy really is...he's a European common toad, btw. Over the years he has lived with many toad, frog, and tree frog friends, including Po, a Golden Bell Frog from NZ who passed away a few years back, but will be immortalized as a character in my up-coming novel, Peter Little Wing. He has also "roomed" with other toads, like Coriolanus, and White's tree frog, Seamus, who both live with my friend, Allison, and her froggie brood. Currently, Trevor lives with another common toad named Alcide, a White's tree frog (blue phase) named Sydney, and a Grey tree frog named Rory. We hope to add an Oak toad or two, and maybe some sort of Albino toad some day.  Trevor also starred in my feature film, Space Zombies: 13 Months of Brain-Spinning Mayhem! as a toad that had mutated into a giant toad-beast and went on a rampage throughout the city of Toronto. His character battled a mutant starfish, and a fleet of UFOs before succumbing to a really big laser-canon mounted to the Space Zombies' ship. Trevor's character is "zapped" somehow by nuclear waste seepage in the pond at Riverdale Farm!
Trevor's character has mutated into a giant toad-beast...he rampages through the financial district of Toronto!
Unfortunately, another of Trevor's "roomies", Merida, passed away last night. She was a sweetheart and will be missed.
