Beverlee Beaz the Brown Burmese's official launch date and location have been set! Sunday October 4th at 2pm (exactly one week after The Word on the Street Festival at HarbourFront) at Ella Minnow Children's Bookstore (991 Kingston Road, Toronto).
Our special guest reader, Scott McCord, who read at FringeKids! this past July, will be back again to read Beverlee at the launch! Scott is a voice actor and Canadian Screen Award Winner (2015) whose credits include voice work in Total Drama Island, Ruby Gloom, PAW Patrol, Yin! Yang! Yo!, Miss Spider’s Sunny Patch Friends, Camp Lakebottom, My Big Big Friend, and Inspector Gadget (2015). Alex (the illustrator) and I will be on hand to sign copies of the book, too! More details to come as the date approaches...mark it in your calendars and Alex and I hope to see you there! Yes, you've heard this before, but this time Space Squid has reprinted Envy in print!
