My sweet little White's Tree Frog, Sydney, has crossed over to Rainbow Bridge today. He has been ill on and off, mainly due to old age. He was probably 10 years old, and we had him with us for almost 10 years (this August)! We brought him home when he was no bigger than a wee blue Chiclet. He grew quickly...
Unlike other White's Tree Frogs, Sydney was not voracious, and was never a threat to smaller frogs or toads. In fact, he preferred to live with small and medium sized critters. Bigger frogs made him nervous, so he lived with those that were smaller than him. He and our current Gray Tree Frog, Rory, were good buddies. We'll all miss him very much. He now joins Trevor, and Frodo, and Prea, and many others already playing at Rainbow Bridge. :)
